Flames home game Thursdays, weekend crowds, and Stampede week run a different rhythm here — Live DJ sets, Centre Bar hockey specials on game days, and longer parkade and ID queues. Allow extra time on those nights.

Free heated underground parking

Age and photo ID at the door

Security checks ID at entry. You must be 18 years of age or older with a valid government-issued photo ID in its original form. Photocopies and photos of your ID on a phone are not accepted. The document needs a photo, your full legal name, a unique ID number, your date of birth, and a valid expiration date. If anyone in your group is close to 18, confirm eligibility before you leave home.

Dress code, bags, and coat check

The same checkpoint covers dress, bags, and conduct. Avoid profanity or offensive imagery on clothing, and skip anything that reveals private areas. Security may refuse entry based on dress alone. Backpacks are not permitted on the casino floor. Mid-to-large bags go to complimentary coat check at Guest Services, and security may inspect any bag including purses. Zero-tolerance for abusive, aggressive, or discriminatory behaviour may mean denial of service or removal.

One evening, start to finish

On a cold Calgary evening, parkade to pit looks like this:

• Enter the parkade— confirm your vehicle clears 6'1" before the lip catches a roof rack. The heated ramp drops you into stalls a short walk from the elevators.
• Guest Services and coat check — stop here with a backpack or mid-to-large bag. Coat check is complimentary.
• Present ID at entry — original government-issued photo ID only. No photocopies, no phone photos.
• Choose your track — slots after 10 am, tables from noon, poker around the clock, or dinner first at Centre Bar or a partner venue.
• Early arrival — Centre Bar breakfast runs 9:30 am to 11 am if you beat the floor waking up.

The gaming floor carries on regardless of what happens at the Saddledome next door.

• Slots-first — Past 10 am, more than 370 slot machines fill the floor. The Digital Gaming Pit runs 20+ interactive terminals for blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and craps — floor play, not online. The Six Shooter Slot Lounge holds $1 to $5 machines in a secluded corner.
• Tables-from-noon — Table players wait until noon, when thirty-two tables open across eight named games including blackjack, roulette, and craps. Craps runs Wednesday through Saturday from 7 pm to 3 am only. The High Limit Room offers quieter premium play.

Learn to Play for groups

Groups of six or more can book Learn to Play through cowboyscasino.ca — $40 per person for a 1.5-hour guided lesson in roulette, craps, blackjack, or poker, with $10 slot and table match vouchers and heated underground parking included. Do not assume walk-in availability during Stampede week or on Flames game nights.
