What's on now — check before you go
Before you drive downtown on a Flames home game Thursday, check what is actually running. Fall Specials stretch. Live DJ sets hit every weekend and on Flames game Thursdays with 3 am last call. On the last Wednesday of each month, Senior Social turns the morning floor into a different rhythm for active players 55 and older from 11 am to 1:30 pm. Stampede week rewrites the calendar — Rodeo Viewing Lounge, outdoor patio, and Centre Bar Saloon fill with groups steps from Stampede Park. Downtown offers do not transfer to Cowboys Casino online.
What's on now — check before you go
Fall Specials cover most of autumn and early winter. Weekends and Flames home game Thursdays bring Live DJ sets and a 3 am last call promo. A quiet Tuesday feels nothing like Stampede week or a Saddledome night. The last Wednesday of each month belongs to Senior Social from 11 am to 1:30 pm.
Centre Bar Flames hockey specials are food and drink offers on the bars and bites page. This page tracks dated floor promotions only.

Stampede — your premier Stampede destination
Cowboys Casino positions itself as your premier Stampede destination in downtown Calgary's Entertainment District, steps from Stampede Park. During Stampede week yard games and live music fill the Greatest Little Outdoor Patio. Twenty-five-foot screens in the Rodeo Viewing Lounge carry rodeo viewing for groups who want seats without fighting park gates.
Three bookable Stampede spaces anchor group planning:
- Centre Bar & Eatery Saloon — 10 to 40 guests
- Rodeo Viewing Lounge — 20 to 40 guests with 25-foot screens
- Greatest Little Outdoor Patio — 20 to 100 guests
The patio adds high-top barrels, picnic tables, and shaded seating steps from Stampede Park. Upgrades include Table Match Plays, a Stampede-themed slot tournament, Stampede Park passes, Learn to Play, reserved tables, and corporate advertising. Group catering platters sit on the bars and bites page.
Senior Social
Senior Social runs the last Wednesday of each month from 11 am to 1:30 pm for active players aged 55 and older. Complimentary coffee, tea, and desserts frame a morning visit unlike a Flames Thursday or weekend DJ night. Do not rely on a mislabelled "October Senior Social" card listing December 14–16, 2026 — the senior-programs page schedule is correct.
Groups can arrange bus tours through the official senior-programs page. Three tier sizes apply:
- Small group — 15 to 19 guests
- Large group — 20 or more guests
- Out-of-town tier — minimum hours, lunch, and slot vouchers vary by tier
Valid photo ID and arrival basics sit on the parkade-to-pit guide.
Poker room promotions
Double Up Poker Atlas Points runs August 1 through October 24, 2026. High Hand Hustle is ongoing for 2026 — the poker page showed a $15,036 progressive example as of early October 2026. The Bad Beat Jackpot is uncapped. Poker Atlas Round-Up Rewards earn hourly points toward menu items, not alcohol. Tier tables and Two for the Money rules sit on the slots, tables and poker page.
Winner's Edge Bonus Points Offers
Cowboys Casino names four Winner's Edge Bonus Points Offer windows on the slots page — dated promotional windows, not a summary of the full loyalty programme:
- October 5–7, 2026
- November 2–3, 2026
- November 23–26, 2026
- December 14–16, 2026
